Hadia and Joe Nachef invite you to a unique oriental event that will be held on Sunday December 3rd, 8pm at Club Kola Note (5240, Avenue du Parc). 

It is with immense pleasure that international oriental belly dance star HADIA and her company « Aiwa, Oriental Dance Ensemble » take you away on a voyage to the land of the pharos, during the Golden Age of Egypt’s classical music and dance era. 

Joe Nachef, master percussionist, and his 9 piece orchestra will be part of the magic with authentic and traditional Arabic instruments -

Joe Nachef (1st Tabla),  Fadi Akiki (Accordion), Mouchid (Oud), Samy Rizkallah (Nay), Nizar Tabcharani (Kanoon), Elie Hajar (Base), Charly Salim (Violon), Elie Nachef (2nd Tabla) et Alex Nachef (Riq).

  This evening of excellence promises to take you away with the most beautiful dancers of Montréal and their sublime interpretations of music from Arabic song legends: Oum Kalthoum, Abdel Halim Hafiz and Farid al Atrash.

Join Hadia, Joe Nachef and his orchestra for an incomparable weekend of workshops and Gala Show Dec. 2/3, 2006 in Montreal . After the overwhelming success of Hadia’s “Secrets of Dancing with a Live Orchestra Workshop”, which was part of her 1st Annual Professional Training Program lat June, Hadia, Joe and the Orchestra are ready to take you to the next level with a full weekend of workshops which will guide you through the Interpretation of Oum Kalthoum and more to the music of a full oriental orchestra, plus a mini tour of folklore of the Middle East.
